Kimberly Gill
As an independent fine artist, Kimberly’s passion is painting portraits. Her work typically has a social justice orientation and emphasizes women and children in developing countries. While her portraits capture a likeness of each subject’s face, her objective is to dig deeper and make visible their soul: the essence of their humanity and inner beauty.
Kimberly works with a variety of mediums, keeping her palette limited, she focuses on creating movement and mystery in her work and aims to incorporate bold lines to enhance each piece. She also enjoys painting landscapes, wildlife, and abstracts.
She is a graduate of Aquinas College in Grand Rapids MI. Kimberly has earned her signature and master fellowship status with the International Society of Experimental Artists (ISEA) where she proudly serves on the board of the directors. http://www.iseaartexhibit.org/
