Teresa has a degree in Design from West Virginia University and has been painting since 1985.  She has supplemented her education by studying under various artists in acrylic, mixed media, watercolor and oil.  Her artwork reflects traveling to Europe and it's simplicity of everyday life, completed in oil and palette knife.
